The Genesis Fund consists of 3 properties in Baltimore that required extensive renovations. The properties are two detached homes in Baltimore county and one townhouse in Baltimore City. Two small additions were required to maximize the after repair value. The layouts were modernized, leading to opening the walls and update all mechanical, electric, and plumbing equipment. Modern kitchens and baths fitted with granite countertops, tile floors, and new cabinets.
